Parent-Teacher Conference

I hope you had an opportunity to learn more about how your child is doing in the classroom during Parent-Teacher Conferences. While formal conferences occur only once a year, your child's teachers welcome and encourage ongoing communication with families throughout the school year.
The partnership between home and school is essential to maximizing your child's educational experience. Please don't hesitate to ask questions, share concerns, or simply check in about your child's academic progress, classroom experiences, and overall well-being.

Remember, communication doesn't have to happen only when there is a problem. Celebrating successes, recognizing growth, and staying informed are equally important. We encourage you to stay connected with your child's teachers and continue working together to support your child's success!

Sportsmanship

Middle school athletics can be incredibly exciting, especially when your child is on the court! We all have high expectations for our children and want to see them give their best effort and perform to the best of their abilities. However, as adults, it is equally important that we model good sportsmanship and help maintain an environment that is respectful and welcoming to all participants, fans, coaches, and officials.
At every level of athletics, referees will occasionally make mistakes or miss a call. That is part of sports. We rely on the human element of officiating, recognizing that officials are doing their best in real time. Fortunately, at the middle school level, we don't have instant replays, challenges, or reviews. We have an opportunity to demonstrate patience, perspective, and respect.

Unlike professional or collegiate sports, there are no scouts sitting in the stands or NIL deals on the line. Middle school athletics are about much more than winning. We want our students to have a safe and positive environment where they can compete, develop their skills, build confidence, learn teamwork, and most importantly, develop a lifelong love of the game.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us create a positive athletic experience for all of our students!
